What constitutes personal data?

Questionnaire

The questionnaire, which can be found and completed on the website under the menu item “Questionnaire”, is anonymous. The questionnaire is sent to the private e-mail address of the website owner (data controller), no further persons are sent or forwarded. The data processed serve a statistical purpose in the education of first aid and accident prevention.

The most common injuries that occur among children in a given household show which injuries should be placed in order to detect, prevent and treat the injuries on which education is based.

What personal information does the website handle and for what purpose?

If you are interested in education or for the purpose of completing your education, the data controller of the website will manage your name, the name of the Educational Institution, your contact details (e-mail address) and what information asking about. The purpose of data management here is to indentify the customer as well as to keep in touch.

On the “Write to Me” page of the website, it is possible to send a message on the e-mail sending form. When sending the message, my e-mail address (firstaid4children@gmail.com) will receive the information provided in the message form (your name, name of the Educational Institution, contact information and the content of the message). I will handle this information in order to reply to the message.

First Aid Quiz

The “First Aid Quiz” on the website is filled in anonymously and the results will not be owned by third parties. The result can be shared on the community portals, which is at the discreation of the person who completing it.

What is the legal basis for data management?

a) In the case of personal data provided on request, the legal basis for data processing is the information to be communicated to you and its preparation,

b) In the case of filling in and sending the fields on the “Write to Me” page of the website, the legal basis for data processing is your consent. By completing the fields on the “Write to Me” page and accepting the “Privacy Policy” and sending the email, you consent to the storage of the information provided there and its use to answer your question,

c) When you visit the online interface of the website, the placement, storage and reading of cookies placed on your computer for the purpose of enhancing the user experience or used for analytical purposes is with your consent. Failure to handle the data would impede the proper functioning of the website, so the person visiting the website may not prohibit such data management.

Will your personal data be forwarding?

If the personal data does not correspond to reality and personal data corresponding to reality is available, the personal data will be corrected. I will notify you of the correction.

You have the right at any time during the processing to request that the personal data concerning you be deleted without undue delay if any of the following reasons exist:

a) The personal data you provide is not required for the purpose for which it was collected or otherwised processed by the website,

b) you have processed the personal data on the basis of your consent, you have withdrawn your consent in writing and there is no other legal basis for the processing,

You have the right at any time to request that the handling and use of your personal data(s) be restricted if any of the following reasons exist:

a) You dispute the accuraxy of personal data (in this case, the restriction lasts until the accuracy of the data is verified),

b) your personal data has been processed unlawfully, but instead of deleting it, you are asking for a restriction,

c) the purpose of the data processing has beem discontinued, but you request them in order to submit, enforce or protect legal claims,

d) you object to the processing of data based on your legitimate interests and there is no compelling legitimate reason for the owner of the website (data controller) to take precedence over your interests, rights and freedom or to bring, assert or defend legal claims; in the case, the restriction lasts until it is determined whether the legitimate reasons of the website owner (data controller) take precedence over your legitimate reasons.

In the event of restriction, personal data may be processed with the exception of storage, only with your consent or for the purpose of bringing, enforcing or protecting the right of another natural or legal person or in the important public interest of the EU or an EU Member State.
