I started my first education on January 3, 2018 in my hometown (Gárdonyi Géza Primary School), where nearly 70 children listened to my lecture.

About Me

“He kept the show in a good mood in a very practical way. He used sophisticated visual aids”

“It was very good that the basic first aid supplemented our knowledge specifically with the differences due to the physiological characteristics of preschool children, for example in resuscitation. I also liked that anyone who wanted to could try what they had learned.”

“I liked the presentation very much, I was the same last year, but it summarized and revived what I knew very well.”

“Professional, insightful, practice-oriented.”

“Today’s first aid course was comprehensible and vivid, it was primarily limited to the transfer of information that we can rely on most during our “average” day-to-day kindergarten life.”

“The training was very useful! I am glad that we were able to practice with the help of several tools.”

“I also had such a course at university, I am glad that I could update my knowledge there.”

“The importance of providing first aid is undeniable. And the ability to extend knowledge is even more so. We all know that. Our knowledge is also imprinted on this, as it has been taught in theory many times, in many places, to prepare us for the extraordinary events experienced during our professional work. However, if there really is an acute situation in the kindergarten that requires such actions, we tend to feel uncertain. I remember well? I do it well? Am I not causing more harm than good? The biggest virtue of this training is precisely that it emphasized practical tasks, the presentation and practice of the movements of how to do it. All this in an enjoyable and insightful way. Congratulations! I can and will recommend this training to everyone!”

Visibly and audibly, the gentleman was very professionally prepared. He considers what he does to be his profession, he likes to do it and he also enjoys passing on and presenting everything he knows and experiences, but he is also very modest. It was good to listen and learn, it’s a shame it didn’t last longer.”

“He spoke very kindly and directly, according to the area of interest, about the situation in first aid. He left plenty of opportunities for practice and answered the questions of his colleagues in a competent and comprehensible manner. Thank you very much for your presentation!”

“It was to the point and clear. The accident examples covered the kindergarten, so we could easily imagine the scene. All in all, it was a very good performance, and it would be nice to repeat what we heard every year.”

“I really liked Máté’s teaching, it was objective and useful. You could learn from the practical demonstrations.”

“I have never experienced such an interactive and practice-oriented lecture on first aid even at university. Being told is completely different from seeing and experiencing. Thank you for allowing me to participate!”

“I really liked the fact that he talked about typical kindergarten accidents, but at the same time gave useful information in everyday life! The illustrations made what was said much more understandable and useful in the future.”

“He has sufficiently deepened our knowledge so far, but I hope that this knowledge will not have to be used in practice.”

Meséskert Kindergarten, Budapest

Máté is a prepared, thorough, kind, patient specialist.

We attended first aid training for parents, but it also taught not only children but also general first aid knowledge, foreign body removal and resuscitation.

We also had the opportunity to use an open adult and baby-sized practice puppet, so we were able to gain even more confidence.

It can benefit parents as well as grandparents.

I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

“It really can’t be started early enough…”

Máté visited us in November ’21. He held first aid education for both children and  adults.

His friendly, child-loving personality was evident from the very first moment.

The groups were taught in a playful way, in a way that was inclusive, understandable and interactive for 3-7 yer olds. He maintained the interest of the children throughout.

Adult education was meaningful and practice-oriented, and was willing to answer any questions that may arise. His efficiency is respectable in both theoretical and practical terms.

In the person of Máté, we met a very determined young man who faithfully represented his creed “you can’t start early enough!”.

We were glad to meet you!

I wholeheartedly recommend him and his occupations to all my kindergarten teacher colleagues.”

“You can’t start early enough!

Máté Sarok, an employee of the HDF Medical Center, visited the central kindergarten of the Sülysáp’s Csicsergő Kindergarten within the framework of the “Healt Day”.

Máté conducts research and education among preschool children in the field of accident prevention and first aid. Our preschoolers were able to attend a child-centered lecture, during which they were able to learn the protocol of calling ambulance, recovery position and resuscitation with help of rhymes.

The children has returned home with coloring and lots of new experiences and knowledge.

Máté also gave a short training on general first aid for teachers, which contained meaningful, relevant and practical knowledge in accordance with the current rules.”

"In the first week of 2021, we tried to plant the seeds of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, health preservation and disease prevention in our preschool children.
As part of this, their knowledge and experience gained enormous knowledge during our colorful activities.

As the highlight of our week, we hosted the future paramedic Máté Sarok, who held a fantastic interactive session for our large group of kindergarteners on how to ask for help over the phone, how to provide first aid, how to lay a stable side, and how to resuscitate.

Máté took into account their peculiarities (both in the time frame, in the illustrative tools, and in the practical implementation, in his movement activities accompanied by rhymes), and he maintained their interest and activity throughout the occupation.

With his captivating personality, and at the same time his determination, he won the trust of both children and kindergarten teachers, which, as we know, is the basis of all pedagogical practice.

Every movement, verbal, and nonverbal communication of Máté served his intended purpose. Your knowledge is confident, up to date.

He provided very useful information and practical advice not only for children, but also for adults and teachers!

We look forward to your work in the future! We hope, you will be a returning guest!"

” On november 2, 2021, the Süni (hedgehog) group of the Sülysáp’s Csicsergő Kindergarten was able to take part in a great program.

Máté paramedic student held a very high quality interactive session for the children.

Máté’s way of presenting and his questions were confident throughout, he aroused further interest and activation from the children, not only his illustrative tools but also his practical tools fully served the set goal.

The session was fully adapted to the age specifics of the children, all tasks were understandable, clear and feasible for them.

It was extremely useful not only for children but also for adults.

This experience has appeared in children’s play several times during the day, suggesting that it isn’t possible to start expanding this type of activity at an early age.

The perfomance for adults during the day also further increased our satisfaction.

Máté’s professional knowledge was accurate, up-to-date, clear and extensive.

He asked and illustrated the questions we asked in a way that everyone could understand.”

” It was a fantastic feeling to hear from Máté what a good “game” the kids were playing in class, it was really heartwarming for them, thank you so much!

Respectively, thank you very much for organizing the first aid demonstration! My child told me literally what to do with the casulty.

Thank you so much!”

So in this relatively small amount of time you have super-gathered / sorted out the things, possible happenings, actions (choking, breaking, resuscitation with semi-automatic defib’, number of ambulances, ambulance call, stable side position) that are really very important for kids to know not only at school but also in everyday life. In addition to being important topics, you also made them spectacular for them, which they really enjoyed, not to mention that they were involved, they could try everything.

It was sympathetic that you soon found a common voice with the kids, the whole education was in a good mood.”

Evelin

” The kids really enjoyed the first aid training.

In my opinion, we could also see a purposeful lecture, with all the important things that so many older kids need to know.

I think, it’s important for children to get acquainted with the knowledge of first aid as soon as possible and these methods of illustration are very good for them, as they can look at them, touch them, try out the tools up closer.

The children enjoyed this the most, because they were also involved in the performance.

Máté found the common voice soon with the children even before the performance has started and the presentation was in a good mood throughout.”

I received a lot of positive feedback from teachers, kids and parents.

For research and education, I’ve contacted the Diadal’s Street Primary School in Budapest, for whick the Head of the Institution granted permission.

Since 2018, I have benn conducting research in various educational istitutions across the country, from small group (age 4) to primary school grade 8 on first aid and accident prevention.

This year, I have the opportunity to participate in the National Conference of Scientific Student Conference, to the success of which the School also contributes greatly.

Students completed a proficiency test at the classes, followed by an introduction to the circulatory and respiratory systems and care for the unconscious casulty, as well as adult resuscitation.

The children really enjoyed and also found the education useful, and highlighted that they would now be less “averse” if they had to approach an injured person if they were convinced of the safety of the location and life situation.

I would also emphasize that “YOU CANNOT START EARLY” to educate children, only the right “tool” should be used.

Thank you very much once again for the openess and cooperation of the school and the students, and I hope that I will have the opportunity to teach again at another time.”

Thank you for the young man’s visit and occupations, we look forward to another time! (Director)

Preschool Education in Hird

“We went to a small kindergarten to teach on March 3, 2020.

Unfortunately, half of the group was missing due to various illnesses, but the children involved were skillful and interested.

We started the occasion with an informal conversation and learned that no one had ever had an accident in this kindergarten. 🙂

Then, the questions of the kindergarten teacher only came up with bruises, sprains, and abrasions, but these are no longer accounted for by the little heroes.

Then, we worked with different hazard indentification boards and then divided the sheets depicting objects to sort and disassemble which is harmless and which is dangerous and why. We were dealing with very skillful, smart little preschoolers.

Eventually, we met ReaniBear, who, during a little biscuit chewing, unfortunately swallowed it, but we successfully helped him.

Then, after he was ill again, we successfully revived him with the help of a magic saying. Then, amid common thymes, everyone could try the most important movement of resuscitation on the large plush toys.

Of course, not in pursuit of perfection, only in the pursuit of practice, taking into account the physical characteristics of preschool children.

Finally, we handed out stickers, painters and really praised the skillful and brave kids.

The idea of chest compression applied to rhetoric in kindergartens and the permission to practice the idea are linked to the name of Máté Sarok, whose cooperation we thank once again.”
